Background. Three years. One major system integrator. Zero workable design. The project had stalled — so Transitive's management experts stepped in to reset the approach and get it moving again.

Every site across Europe, the US and Asia now runs on a single, harmonised SAP platform delivering best-in-class processes end to end — enhanced quality management with full traceability across bulk, silo and packaged products, Extended Warehouse Management and transportation, global S&OP, EH&S, GTS, and the full suite of standard SAP modules.

Specialty food

Background. The system integrator couldn't deliver what the client needed. Staffed largely with junior consultants, the team lacked the depth to grasp the business where it mattered most — order-to-cash, quality, labelling and specialty manufacturing processes.

Results. In less than a year, with a small, senior team, we coached the integrator and redesigned, reconfigured and implemented a solution built around the client's real needs. The project is complete — and its shareholders count it a clear success, on budget and on ROI.

Chemical industry

Background. After nearly two years of setbacks, the system integrator still couldn't deliver a four-site pilot that met the business requirements — and the client had neither the internal skills nor the resources to carry an SAP programme alone. Our team was called in to steady the project and bring it back on track.

Results. In under a year, a small Transitive expert team coached and supported the integrator on solution design and backfilled key internal roles to secure a successful pilot go-live. The project is now entering phase two: in under a month our experts visited the most complex operations across Asia, Europe and the US — capturing and documenting over 1,000 business requirements to accelerate design and configuration, sharing best-in-class process guidance, and helping structure and run the design workshops.
