Our story

The end-to-end optimisers. We support the transformation of supply chains and the deployment of SAP solutions for major international groups — from the SCOR model to the most complex global recovery projects.

How it began

Transitive Management began with a friendship. Its founder, Nando Galazzo, built the company alongside Serge De Bel and Marc Forêt — three partners who had known each other for over twenty years in industry, sharing experience, successes, and the occasional hard lesson along the way. Joining forces to take on new challenges felt like the natural next step.

Together, they found success across a wide range of industries — chemicals, petrochemicals, solar, and more. Their strength has always been the same: understanding exactly what it takes to turn a transformation into a lasting success. That approach still shows in the scale of what they've built.

Over time, the team grew. Other senior experts joined, drawn to the same vision — a multidisciplinary team built the way SMEs and large enterprises alike have long been looking for. People remain, and will remain, at the heart of Transitive Management's DNA, and its strength in execution.
